Branch Administrator

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as the Branch Administrator, in a part time capacity. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will be based in our Horsham branch and take on a diverse range of administrative tasks.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

In this integral and dynamic role, you will work closely with the entire team at Horsham and will assist in ensuring the smooth operation of the business. You will provide clerical support to the operational areas, including Maintenance, Parts, Service and Warehouse.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Controlling the banking and petty cash for the branch
  • Raising purchase orders and preparing invoices for payment
  • Courtesy and follow up calls to customers
  • Providing administrative support to the Branch Manager and Department Leaders
  • Organising and maintaining file systems and records

ABOUT YOU

You understand the importance of exceptional customer service and have a strong eye for detail. You are a naturally positive and engaging communicator and enjoy collaborating at all levels.

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Excellent telephone/interpersonal skills
  • Excellent typing/word processing skills and high attention to detail
  • Outstanding organisational skills and ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Ability to resolve problems, in a practical, timely and professional manner
  • Ability to follow instructions and be self motivated
